Legitimate Degrees Put to Illegitimate Uses

Although the word is definitely out about ''self-styled'' nutritionists,'' many people still do not know what questions to ask to evaluate the credentials of the practitioners they encounter. The Bustany article helped, but it would be much easier if legislation were passed in New Jersey to license nutrition professionals so one could just look for the designation ''licensed nutritionist.''
